I have led digital product development for over 100 distinct clients. The work has been rewarding and provided exceptional experiences that I could have never anticipated, from a video shoot at Cape Canaveral to delivering a digital installation in a building with electricity not yet connected. In each instance, I collaborated with the client to help transform a vision into a reality that made an impact.

With a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years, I have planned, built, and delivered digital products to customers around the globe. In the early days of my professional journey, I was the go-to “creative guy,” tackling everything from web development to 3D animation. As the years rolled on, I fine-tuned my skills while running a consulting firm and diving deep into Usability and User Experience. Over the course of my career, I have established a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, executing complex production efforts, and building value for the customer. I have performed in a variety of roles across the spectrum of media, digital, and product—from visual design and user experience to business development and product management. This experience allows me to effectively lead collaborative teams and consider product requirements from multiple perspectives.
01. STRATEGY.

Developing a clear product vision and understanding its value are keys to creating a successful solution. I collaborate with executive staff and operational stakeholders to understand what needs to be accomplished and determine how to deliver and measure success.

02. USABILITY.

Understanding what the user needs determines how a digital strategy will be implemented. I apply my training as a Certified Usability Analyst and Certified User Experience Analyst to conduct user research and performance testing to define user expectations, motivations, and core needs.

03. VALUE.

The perceived value of a digital product impacts how it is used by the intended audience and the level of satisfaction associated with the product. I align development priorities with audience needs to build strong digital experiences that are easy to use and deliver results.
